The Harlem BACH Project: Music for the Soul and the Spirit
The Harlem BACH Project is an ongoing work in progress dedicated to bringing Bach's most inspirational and soul-stirring works uptown to the Harlem community. The Harlem Chamber Players’ “BACH Unit” is an offshoot group solely dedicated to the music of J.S. Bach. We plan to bring Bach’s greatest works to various venues (indoors and out) throughout the Harlem community and beyond.

Music at St. Mary's with The Harlem Chamber Players 2012 - 2013 Season is made possible in part with public funds from the Manhattan Community Arts Fund, supported by the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and administered by Lower Manhattan Cultural Council and in part with public funds from the Fund for Creative Communities supported by the New York State Council on the Arts and administered by Lower Manhattan Cultural Council. Support for this program is also funded in part by Council Member Inez E. Dickens, 9th Council District, Speaker Christine Quinn and the New York City Council; a grant from Columbia Community Service; and through the generous donations of our individual supporters.

The Harlem Chamber Players, Inc. is a proud member of the Harlem Arts Alliance.
